Despite changing government agendas we remain true to our philosophy that we have a responsibility to develop our students with the skills needed to endure success in the 21st century and pride ourselves in the range and quality of student leadership and extra-curricular opportunities we offer. An external report commented in the fact that students: ‘feel well prepared, not only in terms of qualifications but also in terms of the qualities they will need in work and life. It is a vibrant community where the spirit, quality and ethos of theacademy is manifest at every level.’
