Fallibroome are once again Cheshire and Merseyside Orienteering League Champions, winning the league for the eighth consecutive year. The award ceremony took place at the end of season relay event at Arrowe Park, Merseyside.

In the league this year the Fallibroome team secured 1st, Joint 2nd and 4th place. Across the 14 age, boy’s and girl’s categories, Fallibroome won sixteen individual medals, including five golds, which were awarded to Sam Amey (Yr13), Pippa Wyer (Yr12), Jess de Sousa (Yr11), Oliver Smyth (Yr9) and Milly Collins (Yr8).

Ben Amey missed out on another Bronze medal by 4 points in over 2400 – probably a few seconds over the five events.

In the relays, Fallibroome swept the board. With 10 teams of three entered, seven teams brought home medals.

Fallibroome won gold in all 4 secondary school divisions – Year 7-8, Year 9-11, Mixed (course) Open and Open.

The Year 12 boys beat the Year 13 boys to Gold in the Open to win the 20/20 Liverpool Shield.

In the Year 9-11 division, Fallibroome secured all medals – Year 11 boys Gold, Year 9 boys Silver and Year 10 girls in Bronze.
