Ágil Spanish Institute – Recursos para autoaprendizaje de español List of resources organised by Levels (European Framework – from A1 to C2). Really good for different grammar points. Suitable for all Key Stages.
Study Spanish Although not ALL the activities are free, it has a large variety of activities on pronunciation (phonics activities are great), grammar, vocabulary and verb drills. Suitable from year 9 onwards.
Hola, ¿Qué tal? This used to be a site run by the Spanish RTVE which is no longer available. However, all the videos are on a YouTube channel. They cover a wide range of useful topics and a variety of accents whilst being very foreign speaker friendly. Suitable for all Key Stages.
VideoEle As with the previous one, this website provides a range of videos on different topics. More suitable for teachers looking for video resources. Suitable for year 10, 11, 12 and 13.
Academia Play Website specialised on Spanish history, although it has expanded its content to current Spanish and international issues too. It has very interesting videos and presentations for students to see. Very visual and appealing. Suitable for year 10, 11, 12 and 13.
El Mundo Today Satirical online newspaper where ironic articles on current Spanish issue are published. Articles are funny and not very long. It could be really nice for KS5 students. Suitable for year 12 and 13.
Profe de ELE (Español como Lengua Extranjera) Excellent website for teachers and students. It has content organised by levels and an excellent range of activities. Suitable for year 10, 11, 12 and 13.
Verne Verne is a section within the ‘El País’ website that is targeted to young people. It has many links to twitter posts and memes in Spanish and other languages. Suitable for year 12 and 13.
