Year 10 Printmaking Workshop - Fallibroome Academy

Creative Yr 10 students spend the afternoon using printmaking to create stunning nature themed prints.

Year 10 students took part in a printmaking workshop, focusing on the artwork of local artist, Charles Tunnicliffe. Artist Julie Longbottom, from Macclesfield’s Heritage Centre, brought in examples of Tunnicliffe’s beautifully detailed nature paintings to inspire the pupils to create their own nature themed print. Following some really creative experimentation, the final results were very impressive. The finished artworks will be exhibited in the Heritage Centre.
