The annual Ethics Conference for Year 12 students was led by Dr Greg Barker. This year’s theme was ‘Why can’t Muslims, Jews and Christians all get along?’

Students looked at the dimensions of religion and the causes of conflict.

We were also joined by Manatella, a student at Winchester University who has lived in Saudi Arabia and Sudan. She answered questions from the students about her Islamic faith. Some of the questions that were discussed are pictured.

It was a successful morning of thoughtful reflection on the role of religion with some very current and challenging topics being discussed.
